New: Keds Shoes @ Zazzle!

Last week, Zazzle unveiled a pleasant surprise to everyone by introducing fully customizable Keds shoes. I have to say that it was a well kept secret and the reaction to the popular line of shoes has been very positive so far. Right now they are offering women's and kids' sizes (slip-on and lace-up) in all sizes but there are no mens' styles yet. Rumor has it that the Keds mens' shoes will be coming soon.

I've been very surprised at how much fun I've been having designing my own pairs of Keds. It's very addicting when you consider the fact that you can customize every last detail on the shoes, including colour of stitching, eyelets and the lining of the shoe. The main attraction of course is the canvas itself which you get to "paint" any colour you want or even upload an image to create a one-of-a-kind pair of shoes.

Here are just two of the designs I've made so far, a yellow, smiley face shoe with customizable name on the outside panel for kids and a green, shamrock shoe for women.

Walk a smile in these shoes and spread the happiness in all its yellow goodness. It's good for your sole! Add your own name to the side of the shoe.
